Analysis of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+ T-cells after B6.H-2g7 HSC transplantation. Blood subsets levels from transplanted NOD mice were compared with three strains of age- and sex-matched unmanipulated mice. A and B: Relative and absolute numbers of blood CD4+ cells. C and D: Relative and absolute blood CD4+CD25+ cells. Data are presented for individual NOD mice that had been transplanted 2 months previously with either B6.H-2g7 HSC (□; n = 6) or syngeneic NOD HSC (•; n = 6). The unmanipulated reference control strains were NOD (▪; n = 9), B6.H-2g7 (▴; n = 9), and C57BL/6 mice (▾; n = 10).
