Levels of circulating metabolites and blood pressure were determined in transgenic (Tg) and wild-type (Wt) mice fed chow and HFD. Serum levels of FFAs (A), glycerol (B), triglycerides (C), total cholesterol (D), and HDL cholesterol (E) were analyzed, and systolic and diastolic blood pressure (F) was determined as indicated in research design and methods.
