  • Data are n (%) and frequencies of MAFs are percentages (95% CI). All P values were calculated using Fisher's exact test and compare genotype distributions and MAFs either nominally (PGD and PMAF) or corrected for multiple hypothesis testing (PGDcorr and PMAFcorr). Also, logistic regression was applied with adjustment for age, sex, and BMI; however, this did not change the results. All genotype groups obeyed Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
